I've got some leaking on the differential on my SP250 that is coming from the diff cover. My question - how easy is to replace the cover gasket with the rear end in place? I have a lift, so that certainly helps. It looks like I should be able to get to all the bolts, but thought I'd see what the group says first.

Re: SP250 diff cover gasket replacement
Hi Peter, Yes it is quite easy to remove the diff. cover with the axle in place. About 8 or 10 bolts as I remember.
Obviously you will need to drain the oil off first and that's about it.
Regards Dave.
