Hi Guys, please excuse my ignorance (again) but can anybody tell me how to remove & refit new furflex door seals?

Re: V8 250 interior
Hi the furflex is either glued or glued and nailed. So remove nails and ease off with a knife. There are channels around the door openings that contain a hard rubber (at least it looks like rubber) to which the furflex is nailed. I used half inch tacks.
