Trafficator Striker Plate

Post by faeton »

Has anyone got a spare Trafficator Striker plate I could purchase , This fits behind the nut that secures the steering wheel and cancels the indicators . This item is no9 on plate 23 in the parts manual. No one seems to keeps this spare new . Alternatively As fitting this means removing wheel stator tube and losing oil, It would make life easy to make if anyone had dimensions. Not sure if this item can be used if converting to RandP so there could be a few kicking about. Kind Regards Dave 1964 sp250 3662D . Plymouth. Devon.

There must be a lot of disused steering columns around now that can be stripped. I should try Robert Grinter.
