Post by JDB »

A couple of items recently encountered on the web, thought they might be of interest.

Hi
On watching the one about the V8 250 my first reaction was what a plonker. I then got to thinking that there is little integrity all marketing hype. A few ramdom examples, VW, Skoda, Audi and seat diesel cars, Apple computers and phones, Intel processors, G tech products, BT infinity, I have had trouble with all these, except diesels, which have always been child killers, knowingly lying through the teeth to ensure the money men & women get their greed satisfied. Fortunately the Americans stuffed VW of course Ankela Merkel would not let the EU protect our interest. In the case of the American companies they will do nothing. The authorities here are only interest in some Actress getting there knee touch to bother with ordinary people being ripped off. They then give honours for Tax evasion and avoidance. I suppose I am just cynical, but you know how you can tell a politician or a bureaucrat is lying, watch their chin.
Regards
Colin
