well it has been a good show, I saw three Darts in attendance and a couple of Saloon V8's.
Good trade stands too, one had a lot of Majestic Major trim.
Highlights were a 4.8 litre motorbike made out of two cylinders from a Dakota engine with a Morris 10 gearbox and A Napier replica with a supercharged Cummings diesel - both gathered quite a crowd.
There was an estimated 1000 cars in total, but they charged us £7.50 each person, yes, driver and all passengers, to get in and with no trinket some are not coming next year - shame really as it has been good show for a few years and supports good causes, incl. Midland Air Ambulance, I wonder if they're they killing the goose that lays a golden egg?
