v8-250 Boot Lid - Interior Trim

Post by classiclife »

Hello,

Did the V8-250 saloon boot lid have trim / covered millboard attached to it ??

My boot has the side panels but nothing attached to the actual boot lid - I do not think Daimler would have left it bare, perhaps I am incorrect.

I get the impression from looking at it, that there are dedicated holes to take securing fixtures.

Grateful if anyone can advise, please.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, I can confirm mine is naked.

I guess they intended a lining to e fitted but found it was not needed, or perhaps some export models of more high spec Jaguars had a lining fitted. Syd
