Yes, right. "K" could be a "H" and therefore most certainly a saloon engine.

Could give me more room for bargaining, right?

Hello experts:
The car has an unsusuallly high back of rear seat bench. Looks a little bit like in original Red Car prototype.
Any idea where this could be coming from?
By the way it´s an early A-spec with door handle recesses.

Hello SP250 friends

It is now mine and I am happy to be a member of the SP250 owner crowd again. I transferred it from the Frankfurt region to Munich on Thursaday. She drove very well over the German autobahn. We made a 460 km test trip. One problem at higher revs remains that I would like to addess in a seperate thread.

Does anybody kw the body number of this early car?
And are there any opinions about the unusual back seat as shown in the last post?

Could you please change address and registration?

New Geman registration No: M-SP251H

Best regards
Beat

The front seats aren't A spec either. The seams on A spec seats continued to the front of the seat and to the top of the seat back. The seats are more padded than the originals.

The body number should be 737-0209. That is assuming that the body/chassis have not been replaced. To enter your and the cars details into pasSPort please download and complete the form on the ‘pasSPort’ page of the website and return to the address / email on the bottom of the form.
Best wishes
