I need to replace the bushes on my rear shock absorbers and I have decided to also replace fronts at same time. Having read about poly bushes I have decided to get these fitted but I want to triple check I am ordering the correct parts (pretty sure I am having checked but belt and braces here!).Here is link to Polybush site:

Am I correct is saying its part 31J - C3053 (of which I need 4 bushes for thefront shocks) and 31D - C10996 (of which I need 8 bushes for the rear shocks). Car is 1968 V8 250.

Yes that is correct.

To keep the smoothness of the Daimler ensure you order the Comfort Bushes, nothing harder than that.

I have used Polybush on numerous applications on my Daimler and also with other classics - certainly worth the extra pennies IMHO.
