John, this is Michelle Schlechter from Luxembourg who is working with Mark Cuthbert Brown to produce a joint list of all the manuals available. The list will be published on our new website and (not immediately) DLOC members will be able to download those publications held by the DLOC.

In most cases, no, you shouldn't download anything. This forum is for asking questions and getting help.
If you want something from another website, contact the administrator of that website.
The website address in the subject of this topic is a DLOC website so if you want anything from there you should join the DLOC.

Or you can request a manual on the website. You need to be a member of the DLOC to get them for free.
