Does anyone know the thread type on the countersunk floor board screws used on the DB18 please?

Hi John
On the Special Sports the countersunk screws that fix the floorboards to the captive nuts on the body members are 1/4 BSF.

Quite right - 1/4 BSF, which I learned from bitter experience because here in Oz countersunk headed screws with this thread are made of a very special material called unobtainium. In the end I had to lever open the edge of the captive nut retainer, remove the captive nut and replace it with a UNC threaded nut and use a UNC-threaded brass countersunk screw.
Steve.

Actually Steve, Keables in Melbourne have them but only with an allen screw head and very expensive.
I got some from them to do the LD10.
Cheers
