Does anyone know what the thread size is for the cap. I need to replace a flexible pipe (very kindly given to me) and purge the system. Just don't know what thread size it is to create a new cap for pumping up to help the flow. Thanks in anticipation.

As said before I am sure Gunsons Eezibleed came with a range of caps and the principle is the same as brakes, I would give it a go unless someone disagrees.
