Running board supports for DE27

Post by BMC »

We are working on a DE27 and all four running board supports are rotted out pretty bad. One is well enough for a pattern but the question came up, is there any possibility that someone has already created sets of these? This is a Hooper body but my thought is that since they are on the Chassis, there is more possibility that they were actually made by Daimler. Does anyone know?

Also, is there a possibility that they might be the same as DE36 or other running board brackets?

Thank You in Advance.

Thank You. That would be Greatly appreciated.

We are considering fabricating enough for the car we are working on. If there is interest before we start, we would consider manufacturing enough for a few cars.
