Just wondered if anyone had received their copy? I ordered a copy before Christmas when I thought deliveries were planned.

There are several members whose had this book ordered as a Christmas Present for them. They are still waiting. I wonder what caused the delay in anticipated publication date

I understand the initial production wasn’t to a high enough quality and has had to be reprinted.
