Thanks, I have been told Alvis handles are fitted, so I guess some extra attachment holes have been created.
Door cards off time!!

How do you remove the inner door handle and window winder? Do they on pull off and then push back on?

If you push back the ferrule, you'll see a little pin securing the handle to the operating post - which you push through (then promptly lose).

You can remove the door handles without taking the door cards off. I made that mistake when I changed my handles as I couldn't lock the car, one screw and the handle is off

I had been told that but i have been told that Alvis handles are fitted. I pulled the seal back and there was a screw hole but no screw!!!
