DB18 Consort Exhaust

Post by simonp »

Making enquiries on behalf of a friend who is seeking a new exhaust for his DB18 Consort.

Does anyone know if anyone has the pattern for these and can supply.

Any help is appreciated.

P. D . Gough took their pattern from my Consort exhaust back in the mid 1990's.
I am still happy with the exhaust supplied.
The only criticism was that they used steel flanges on a stainless steel exhaust and that they polished the wrong end of the tail pipe.
It really confused me for a while when I was lying on my back trying to get everything to line up.
If buying from them ask about discount for club members.

I too have had a P D Gough exhaust on the Dauphin (Century), probably, for 20 years. It was a joy to fit, unlike mild steel systems, because everything lined up without hitting the chassis somewhere. It is as good today as it was then. 'A thing of beauty and a joy forever'.

You pay your money and make your choice.

Cheers
