I'm not a great fan of sound systems in cars but I am a techie and so behind the rearview mirror I have stuck a small mobile wireless device from Vodaphone that is linked to an iPad in the glove compartment that connects to a Bluetooth sound device on the back window shelf. Apart from email, satnav etc you can also connect (via Simple Radio) to any radio station around the world. No wiring necessary.
