I have to take the Radiator out and have got so far
Any tips about what to do next would be most appreciated

Not completely sure as we have a DB18 Empress, but..
The radiator needs to come out on the engine side.
(on the Empress that means removing fanbelt, fanblades, waterpump, then fan-cowl.)
I take it you are planning to change the Damper ?
Clear the starter-dog nut from its washer, then remove nut.
Ideally use a hub-puller to pull the damper forward to remove
(someone suggested lifting the engine to get the damper out ?)

Did you read the article from a member from India last month? He had a 'tinker' remove the whole of the front of his Consort in day - and put it all back in a day! Let's get that guy over here!
