The rubber, now seven years old, in Mike's Car I got from Baines. At the time there was no restirction on ordering small quantities from them. It fitted well and has lasted well.

Thank you for this information. Unfortunately it is no longer a stock item.

Glad to know it fitted well. What model Daimler was that?

Still waiting for more interest before I can place an order. Just in case people haven't seen it, there a brief description the the latest Driving Member on page 17.

A friend pointed out that the Lanchester Leda probably uses the same profile along with the Regency, 104 and Sportsman.

Good news. The rubber has been ordered and will be available shortly.
There will be an option on the club website to purchase the rubber shortly (when Graham feels appropriate).
As far as we are aware it is suitable for The Conquest range of cars along with the Regency / Empress / 104 / Sportsman, the Lanchester Leda / LJ200 and although the Majestic rubber was different to the one used in the Conquest range people are also considering it as an option.
This is a limited run so will be sold on a first come first served basis.
The cost is £49.95 plus postage and packaging (£6.45 UK, EU £14.00 and the rest of the world £19.00) for a 4M length.
Ideally payment will be done through the DLOC website but for those who are unable to pay electronically payment by cheque can be arranged.

Thank you very much to all those owners, mainly DJ254, who responded and gave me the encouragement to get this underway.

I'm very pleased that Marcel has taken this on and that the DLOC has stepped in to make these extrusions available again.

I'm now looking forward to keeping my carpets in place and not rucked up under the doors!

It’s selling well Henry, so a great initiative on your part.
I know that the board will support Marcel in getting other items produced where it can be demonstrated the demand exists as you have done for this item. So get those proposals submitted!
