To all users.
Just to let you know some updates to the website

I have added a Gallery Page please can you contribute photos of your car ? please email us on the website or contact me for other forms of submission like Whatsapp

The site now has a SPARES PAGE is it working ?? as not had many contributors.

Just to let everyone know THE CAR LIST has been updated and includes new found cars that are alive and noted.

THE PHOTOS PAGE WHICH INCLUDES THE GALLERY ) section has been updated to include "Lightbox" which makes viewing the images easier

I have also added fitting Instructions pdf on the WIPER PAGE) and
Tyres and your Lanchester Booklet pdf on the WHEELS PAGE )

ANYONE HAVING VIEWING ISSUES ON A MOBILE DEVICE OR TABLET PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE ISSUE.

The Manuals page has been updated and now look like this (see below)

I am still looking for people to provide restoration write ups, particularly to allow the site to expand on the finishing section of the website, Interior, Fittings, Paint, Seat Repairs, Chrome etc. so that in the future the finishing section will look like pages below rather than a single page with much more detail to help keep the cars on the road. also to help survivors get back on the road too.

PLEASE CONTRIBUTE IF YOU CAN

No matter how small all will be gratefully received and credited to the author.

Regards

A very individual website, looking good except that the photos/gallery doesn't show for me from the link in your post, but it does by going through the website (different link addresses).

Thank you! Lots more useful information.

One anomaly is the two different drawings of the valve guides.
My guides (later engine) were closer to the 2nd drawing (2 12/32" long).. nothing like the other drawing.

Is the 2 3/8" one from the earlier engine?
Also, there are spacers fitted under each guide on my engine (13849)

No the first one is a replacement as the original ones for the engine were cast iron, I will make a note of that on the website save any further confusion will check if I have spacer drawings if so will add.

Thanks for the comments
