Hi Rob, well we can cater for most spare parts , as to what to l@@k for, well the usual suspects , rotten wood especially towards the the Rear Wheel arches etc, and generally everywhere else!
We’re always here to help, with advice on where to purchase spares and anything you wish to know, well just ask .
I have produce several “How to do” articles , referring to fitting of various Oil Seals , HubBearings, Diff and Fluid Flywheel Seals etc, as I said, you only need to ask .
Best wishes Al. LA 10, 11, 12/6, & 14hp Registrar

Re: Buying a La 10
Hi Al thank for your response.
If everything is OK the car will leave UK to France in the begin of the next month (september).
I'll have to completely dismantle the car to rebuild and I'll be in need of all the information availlable.

Good luck with the rebuild. Hopefully you will get all the advice needed through the forum or the DLOC.
If you haven't got the spare parts book or owners manual I would advise getting a copy. They are free to DLOC members in digital form.

I'll do that when I receive the car. For instance I have a partial scan of the original logbook and the registration number, it's all.

Hi not got to that bit yet, it looks the same as an "11" model axle which is a worm drive, think alan wheatley may have some info on these axles and how to adjust preloads etc. tony
