Hello

That was indeed a good miss out by me, I was busy working on the one I am getting made. The price I find is reasonable given to the availability of the item.

Please do share any link if you come accross any on ebay. It is always good to have an original one.

It has taken a week's time to carve out the wood to give it a shape.

Regards
Amitava

A labour of love and remarkable achievement by the OP.

I once had a set of alloy wheels and matching centre trims which came with a load of other bits I did not need, so I listed them on to fleabay. To my surprise they sold for five times what I expected. I spoke to the buyer and it seems the centres were the key to the surprising price, loads of wheels about but the centres are few and far between.

My point is, as with my centres, if you came across one of these plug covers in a box of bits without the knowledge, you could easily discount it as junk.

Makes me think I should go through my stuff and label the valuables so when I fall off the log my young ones will not just skip the lot.
