Does anyone know the thread type on the countersunk floor board screws used on the DB18 please?

On the DB 18 Tickford DHC they were a Whitworth thread

On the Special Sports the countersunk screws that fix the floorboards to the captive nuts on the body members are 1/4 BSF.

Quite right - 1/4 BSF, which I learned from bitter experience because here in Oz countersunk headed screws with this thread are made of a very special material called unobtainium. In the end I had to lever open the edge of the captive nut retainer, remove the captive nut and replace it with a UNC threaded nut and use a UNC-threaded brass countersunk screw.

Actually Steve, Keables in Melbourne have them but only with an allen screw head and very expensive.
I got some from them to do the LD10.
