Hi Steve, Gauge arrived this afternoon , unfortunately the Temperature Sensor missing from the end of the Capillary Tube, so unfortunately theTemp Gauge will not work, but at least the Fuel Gauge & Ammeter may come in handy one day .

Best wishes, Al :)

Al

Speedy Cables put a new capillary and bulb on the temperature gauge for my Conquest after Speedograph-Richfield were unable to repair it.

Thanks Mike , I will contact them as soon as I can after I’ve done a Wedding for a friend of mine at the weekend.
As you have probably read in my previous posts, I have lost confidence in Speedograph Richfield Ltd, as this was the Third time that they have Failed to fix my Temp Gauge, even having insisted that they had had it “ On test” over a few days the last time ! !

Cheers Al 😀😀😱

Hi, just seen this on the Piston Heads web page, from one of their contributors, seems like it is getting increasingly difficult to find a reliable company nowadays , I do have another company in mind, but they are relocating somewhen in November, so looks like I may have to wait a while !

I've seen a lot of posts on forums suggesting that Speedy Cables can no longer be relied upon despite their good reputation in the past. Limited customer service and very slow turnaround seem to be the main issues. Are there any alternatives?

Cheers Al
