When I found my old car after forty years it had a stick of bamboo for that purpose. Nothing to go wrong. :D

Hi Chaps, well as I have been unable to find a replacement sender, I decided to visit Carwood (Yeovil) who carry out all sorts of electrical overhauls on various pieces of Electrical equipment
and ask if they could rewind my unit ?
I’m delighted to say, that they could probably sort it for me, so I’ve dropped it off complete with a spare Fuel Gauge I happened to have, to enable them to confirm that it was working satisfactorily.
I will let you know how they got on in due course, πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Cheers Al
