I seem to remember that they are illegal to use in the UK unless you are disabled.
I use to have one on my A35 Pickup for driving tests etc and was told it was illegal years ago.

I'm not sure it would make parking easier. I think you would get better leverage with hands at quarter to three (or quarter past nine). Either way as Graham says parking will always be a serious work out! You might of course find it easier now you've got some oil in your steering box :D

It looks like they are illegal unless you have an exemption. So now there will only be one knob in the cockpit :-)
