Daimler 15 engine rubbers.

Post by Robdavies »

Hello to all,
I am looking around for new engine mounting rubbers for my 1937 15.
The two at the front are very compressed but seem to have been dome shaped when new.
The two at the side, towards the rear of the engine seem to have disappeared so I'm not sure how they would have looked when new.
Does anyone have a photo of how they should look, size and any thoughts on finding /fabricating new ones.
Thank you .

There are photos of the various rubbers on eBay.
I list as Marcel 10_4 and John Nash as Landcruiser. We both have rubbers available. If you choose to buy from me they would be cheaper direct as I wouldn't have to cover eBay's 10% commission fee.
The pre war Lanchester 10 also uses the same rubbers.

It's a penny you don't have to pay tax on!
