Anyone with suggestions or advice re fabric hooding, I have just removed the old none original top and now need to replace.
I have samples of Duck, Double Duck, Mohair, Wigan and Pvc Everflex any advice appreciated.

I think PVC is more susceptible to shrinkage and stiffening due to winter temperatures, which can be a torment trying to erect a cold hood on a cold day. Double Duck is very good with wet conditions and Mohair has a curtain air of quality.
I chose Double Duck and was happy with it’s all round efficiency and ease of care.
I think what is more important than the material though, is to have it well made and well fitted. A poor hood makes any car look crap.
