HI I AM Trying to grease the from offside wheel bearing and I can't remove the hub cover.
is it a normal fine thread ie turn anti clockwise to remove ?
Any help please.

Yes.
There was a special spanner in the tool kit, I have one somewhere from my father's car.
But the thread is normal.
