They are like rocking horse poo Julian as you are no doubt finding out.
They do from time to time appear on fleabay often at hefty prices. I gather there are fabricators who can make them in stainless steel which might be one answer and there are clever folks who can weld broken or cracked originals. They are quite different to the saloon versions as you might know. I do have a spare pair but as both my son and I have SP250's sorry I would not be willing to part with them. Syd

Look up Stainless Exhaust Specialist via Google. They make two types of stainless steel manifolds for the SP. Both a 4:2:1 style, and a copy of the original 4:1 manifold.

I've had a pair of the 4:2:1 type on my SP for over 10 years and about 20,000 miles. They're beautifully made with a perfect fit between the sump and the chassis on either side. No problems at all, even allowing for a complete engine rebuild 6 years ago. Not cheap but stronger that the original cast iron manifolds, virtually "fit and forget".

I strongly recommend them.

Regards

I do have an extra pair of exhaust manifolds I'm don't know what shipping from the USA [Phoenix] to France would be as the manifold's are heavy.

If your interested I can follow up.

The exhaust manifolds weigh 11 lb [5 Kg] without packaging, that is for both.
