Prices for parts are on the increase, one SP250 exhaust manifold on Ebay UK sold for GBP 698.03 = US$980.57 I did not think it would sell for that.

Hi Julian, Do you have an original damaged manifold. If you do, it may be possible to repair it.
I have successfully repaired a couple of these in the past.
If you do, post a pic. so that we can see where the damage is.

Hi, In the past I have cut off the broken end and manufactured a mild steel end to replace the broken flange.
The new end can then be welded on to complete the repair.
I have never repaired one that has broken so far up as yours seems to be. What is the distance from the start of the missing metal to the end of the flange.
