A long, steep and stiff pull up

Post by Alpine Daimler »

Another lovely autumnal day out, heading for Bichlersee for a walk, a swim for the dog and lunch for us.
Power steering would have been nice!
Hope most of you managed to get out in your cars if the weather was as good where you are as it was here, probobly one of the last days out this year before the winter projects start.
Short video of Daimler on ascent with barking dog in background...not ours, Gordon Setter Sadie was fast asleep on rear seat and enjoying the ride as she always does.

Regards
Rob C.

You left the dog behind. I can hear it barking. :)

Only 14 seconds for us to enjoy? How about a video racing down the other side around hairpin bends, brakes screeching?

I don't know about "racing down the other side around hairpin bends, brakes screeching" I was more than just a bit careful smelling the brakes and "Frau Rob" was checking the offside to sheer drop distance continually, mind you I did feel a bit like Steve Mcqueen in the film Bullit now and again, well, it was a V8 as well was'nt it!!
