SALES BROCHURES

Post by AntonyB »

I have no idea on the rarity/interest in/etc. of sales brochures for some Daimler and Lanchester models, but in case of interest in their forthcoming on line auction on 24 March H&H have one lot of 18 Daimler and Lanchester sales brochures, they are offered with no reserve. The lots have not been allocated number yet but they are on page 1, the link is

Would be nice in the club’s library. I’ll see what I can do.

Anorak time. Interestingly the Lanchester Sprite brochure looks to be different to the two that are on ebay. I think it's an earlier one but there can't be many cars (other than the Lea Francis Lynx?) where the supply of brochures surviving is at least three times the number of cars produced and surviving !

Sold for £315! The brochures are getting more valuable than the cars.
