Hi,
Do you have the special sports boot hinges available - if so what condition are they and how much?
Mine are badly corroded with the adjuster screw broken on one.

Thanks

Randal, just checking - do you mean the external hinge, or the arms inside the boot that helps the lid stay up ?

Hi,
The external hinges for the boot lid - they have a rotating screw that provides position adjustment
Mine are fairly corroded (poor quality steel casting material).
On one hinge the adjuster screw is broken and on the other the adjuster will now rotates but I cannot see how to pull this apart for re-chroming.

Thanks
Randal

Hi Randal. Thats clear.

The part that confused me was the adjustment screw, cos I don’t recognise this.

From memory, the hinges on our car are brass, with a bespoke screw that recessed into one half of the hinge to provide a flush .fit. I don’t believe there is any adjustment.

I can’t help with parts, but will ask around in uk.

Still looking for a bonnet hinge, and have been asked for the ss hood to screen clamps if anyone can help.
