Special Sports Australia

Post by Crossley Stephenson »

Circumstances of space require me to move my very special Special Sports on to a new custodian. Built Oct. 1951, first registered South Australia April 1952. Off the road 1969-2010. FULL restoration 2006-2010. Multi-award winner since returning to road. Approx. 5500 miles since restoration. Offers around $AU75,000 will be considered. PM for more info.

Around £40,000, so you could bring it home to the UK and have it in your garage for around £45,000, nice one. Syd

Hi Everyone,
Given the very favourable exchange rate as pointed out by Syd, and the fact that this car, apart form being in amazingly fine condition now, spent its life in a dry and warm climate away from salted roads, this must be a very good deal for you.
I have driven this car, and it is just wonderful. Michael the owner is fastidious and did a beautiful job in the restoration of the car, keeps it in fine fettle and it would be a wonderful acquisition for a UK or European enthusiast.
Cheers
Peter Grant
