Just spotted in Car & Classic - not sure the red upholstery goes with the colour scheme though!

Re: LD10 in Car & Classic.
Stan, DVLA have the colour as Black which would make more sense for red seats, but from memory has been this colour for some time .
Back of car looks low but could be angle of photo will be a good price if it sells for asking price ,does seem to be more interest in the LD10's at this present time.

"ears agoo" as we say in Bermingham, most cars were finished in "Masons Black" cellulose, which I think suited smaller vehicles.
As Henry Ford used to say of the model "T" - you can have one in any colour as long as its black.

OK Stan font of all knowledge, I bet you can settle an argument as to why that colour black is called Masons black? Syd

Hi Syd,
"Masons black" was made by Thornley and Knight - and black is the hereldic colour of a Knight Mason.
