Hi,
Can anyone advise how to remove the wooden trim from the top half of the B posts. I've removed the seat belt bolt and suspect the wood is clipped into the B post so I've been trying to ease it out but no luck. I don't want to force it too much for fear of damaging it and in case there's a hidden screw or something I don't know about.
thanks
Paul

Re: B Post Wood Trim
Hello Paul,
I presume this is for a V8 saloon ??
If so that section of wood between the vinyl and the interior light, is removed by pulling it downwards. On doing that it clears the retaining clips and is free to remove.
I take it the B post vinyl upright has been removed ?? You need to remove that as the small section of wood which is attached to the vinyl will not allow the upper most section to move downwards for obvious reasons.
Regards.
Richard.

Hi Richard,
Yes, sorry I should have said it was a V8 Saloon, but your advice has solved it. Easy when you know how. Thanks very much.
regards
Paul
