I hope it never happens but should I break down and need a tow to what should I attach the tow rope?

That's OK on an A spec the bumper is held on by the cow horns in that place on the B and C spec, I've always used the hole in the chassis just by the chassis number, there is just clearance for a suitable rope under the radiator.
Owner since the 70's, Genghis is slightly to my left.
