Conquest Headlining

Post by Garyhbates »

I am replacing the Headlining on my Conquest and rediscovering some parts but i can not remember how they fit together. They were taken apart 20 years ago and stored safely. Can anybody advise how this curved wooden block fits in the rear corner behind the seat . The headlining must attach to it as it has original tacks still in there. i assume it presents a concave curved edge at the base of the pillar and sits on top of the steel shelf that is conveniently in that place. How does it attach , i see no screw holes and it doesn't obviously fit.
